Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with a tracking link.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of shipping. This is a current estimate based on our suppliers' own delivery windows plus a buffer — it can change as our catalog grows, and we'll never advertise a window we can't meet. If an order is going to miss its stated window, we'll email you before it lapses and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
Where we ship from
Redivio works with multiple fulfillment partners, and the warehouse an order ships from depends on the product. We don't make blanket claims about where every item ships from — check the specific product page for anything relevant to that item.
Tracking
Every order gets a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as it ships. You can also check order status from your account page or the link in your order confirmation email.
PO boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses
Some of our carriers can't deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For guaranteed delivery, use a physical street address at checkout.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't guarantee changes once an order starts processing. If you catch a mistake, email care@redivio.com right away and we'll try to update it before the order ships. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping (additional shipping costs may apply).
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows your package as lost, or it hasn't moved for an extended period, email care@redivio.com and we'll look into it with the carrier. Depending on what we find, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Where we ship to
We currently ship within the United States only. No international shipping is offered at this time.
