1. Who we are
Redivio is operated by DevDudeJeremy LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, doing business as Redivio ("Redivio," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of redivio.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our products are not medical devices
Redivio sells consumer wellness and comfort products. Our products are not medical devices, and nothing on this Site is medical advice. We make no claims that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition. If you are dealing with a sleep disorder or any health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Orders and payment
All orders are offers to purchase that we may accept or decline at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
4. Shipping
Each product page states an estimated delivery window we can actually meet. If an order will miss its stated window, we'll notify you before it lapses and offer the option to cancel for a full refund. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.
5. Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Discount codes and promotions
Promotional codes are intended for their stated audience (for example, a first-order code for new subscribers), are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated, can't be combined with other codes, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse promotional codes.
7. Your conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means for scraping or resale purposes, placing fraudulent orders, or infringing the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Redivio name, logo, text, graphics, and images — are owned by or licensed to DevDudeJeremy LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit them without our prior written permission.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party sites and services we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are between you and the manufacturer. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevDudeJeremy LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevDudeJeremy LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date; material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
